Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information to maintain strong relationships.
  • Handle bookkeeping duties, including the meticulous preparation, entry, and reconciliation of invoices to maintain financial accuracy.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized digital record of all business documents, including invoices, contracts, and purchase orders to facilitate easy retrieval and audits.
  • Perform timely reconciliation of invoicing data to enhance cash flow and expedite the settlement of receivables.
