Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure potential investors to raise funds for the company.
Generate qualified leads and develop fundraising pipelines to achieve aggressive investment targets.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance fundraising and investment sales team.
Develop and execute investment sales strategies to maximize funding opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed investment and fundraising targets.
Motivate and guide the investment team towards achieving company financial goals.
Create and maintain long-term relationships with key investors and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking platforms to promote fundraising initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, investment sales, or fundraising—preferably in the financial or investment sector.
Strong ability to generate high-value investments and secure substantial funding.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate a fundraising team.
