Alpha Containers is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for candidates who possess a strong understanding of machine operation principles and safety practices. You will not only be responsible for operating machinery but also for performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any operational issues that may arise. Since this role does not involve managing a team, you will primarily focus on individual responsibilities while adhering to company standards and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a DAE in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. We welcome individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience, especially those looking to kick-start their careers in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities

Operate machinery in accordance with established safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Monitor machinery performance and production output to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to identify any potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems, promptly reporting significant issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery as required for different production runs.
Document machine operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine operations and maintenance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding quality control and safety protocols.
