We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations across the company. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and fostering a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
