Laravel Developer

AlphaBeta Corp is seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust web applications using the Laravel framework.
Lead a team of five developers, providing mentorship and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to gather and analyze project requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
Design and implement database structures in MySQL to facilitate high-performance applications.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as necessary.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them in your work when appropriate.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices across the team.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Apply modern development practices, including Agile methodologies, to drive project progress and team productivity.
