Al Rehman Security Company Pvt Ltd is looking for an Assistant Accounts Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our company in ERP Software.
- Ensure financial statements comply with laws and regulations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other all entries.
- Preparation of all kinds of vouchers i.e., Cash / Bank / JV, etc.
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Preparation of invoices to Clients
- Checking and processing vendor invoices and payments
- Preparing Staff Salaries
- Good typing speed, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Scrutiny of different sorts of tasks
- Outdoor work
Requirements:
- Age Minimum 30 or Above
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Above
- Clifton or nearby area candidates will be preferable
- Experience 3 years or above
