Company Description:
AMF Dispatch LLC is a leading dispatching services provider catering to the trucking industry. We specialize in assisting truck drivers in optimizing their routes, managing logistics, and improving overall operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Dispatch with experience in truck dispatching to join our team and help us expand our client base within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Must have Experience of truck Dispatching, How to use Different Dispatching Boards e.g. DAT
- Easily Deal with Carriers
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily truck drivers and trucking companies, to introduce our dispatching services and explain the benefits of partnering with AMF Dispatch LLC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers by understanding their specific needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in truck dispatching to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, emphasizing how they can enhance drivers' productivity, increase profitability, and streamline operations.
- Actively engage in consultative selling to identify potential clients' pain points, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in their dispatching operations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized dispatching solutions and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and objectives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and securing new business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Leverage your knowledge of truck dispatching to provide insights and guidance to clients, helping them optimize their dispatching processes and improve efficiency.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote AMF Dispatch LLC's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and materials to support the business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in truck dispatching, understanding the intricacies of dispatch operations and challenges faced by truck drivers.
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
