Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2C leads in the South region of Pakistan.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Engage in negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role.
  • Track record of successfully generating B2C leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a relevant field.
