We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience to spearhead lead generation and client outreach. In this role, you will leverage platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn to identify prospects, develop lead generation strategies, and build relationships with businesses in need of DevOps and Cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing agency and work with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and target potential clients on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, focusing on businesses requiring DevOps and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and submit compelling proposals, bids, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  •  Design and implement lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and platform-specific tactics.
  • Engage with prospects to schedule calls or demonstrations, coordinating with the technical team for seamless transitions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
  •  Explore additional networking opportunities, such as virtual tech events or social platforms, to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (technology sector experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms for lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft persuasive outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  •  Basic understanding of DevOps and Cloud concepts (or willingness to learn) to effectively pitch services.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable engaging with international clients across diverse regions.
