Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proficient with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Supporting the Accounting Team, assisting with various bookkeeping tasks and assigned projects, including tasks related to customer invoicing, accounts receivable management, expense and accounts payable management, account reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
  • Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts.
  • Reconcile and process transactions.
  • Maintain required files, reports, and data.
  • Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts that fall into receivable records with the outstanding invoices.
  • Follow up on all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management.
  • Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities.
  • Track all inventories regularly and report to the management with the inventory records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
