Responsibilities:

  • Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & Leads
  • Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Reading).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a good command of the English language.
  • Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree.

Comfortable working in different shifts.

Weekdays: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Salary: Rs75,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
