- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, track assignments, and monitor dispatch operations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust driver assignments to account for delays or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including schedules, customer interactions, and driver performance.
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their assignments.
- Assist in developing and refining dispatch protocols to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Stay updated on company policies and best practices to ensure compliance and safety in dispatch operations.
