Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design original, high-quality graphics for various products, with a focus on T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other merchandise.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand design requirements and create visually appealing and on-brand artwork.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and attractive to our target audience.
Prepare design files for production, considering different printing techniques and specifications for various merchandise items.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt, hoodie, mug, and merchandise designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design precision.
Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary.
