This position demands a professional who can provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role is based on-site with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Communicate clearly and effectively in Arabic to resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and resolve customer issues promptly
