• Maintain daily staff attendance to meet target percentages Link operational KPIs with employee performance metrics.
  • Ensure daily staff presence meeting 100% compliance with client-defined KPIs and addressing discrepancies promptly. 
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to onboarding, termination, and disciplinary policies.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance evaluations and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Conduct spot checks mechanism to verify staff physical presence and operational effectiveness at their assigned beats/UCs/locations throughout working hours.
  • Prepare and implement shift and duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing.
  • Manage staff presence during gazetted holidays according to the duty roster.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and leave management.
  • Utilize HRIS for data management and reporting.
  • Support health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct orientation and provide training for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and resolve employee grievances.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including meeting scheduling and correspondence.
  • Any other assignment given by the Management.
