- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Responsible for preparing attendance of Field Staff.
- Responsible for checking the Attendance of Field Staff on a daily basis.
- Responsible for maintaining leave records of Field Staff.
- Assist in the new hire process, including posting job descriptions, reviewing incoming resumes, and assisting in the scheduling and administering of phone/on-site interviews.
- Update ERP/HRIS databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
