- Check the daily status of Consumables at all the operational sites
- Visit the warehouse randomly to check the status of inventories, storage, and usability.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the preparation of monthly requirements of consumable/reusable of field and head office inventory
- Assist the manager in the Maintenance of two to three months of inventory in stock and share demand after historical usage analysis.
- Anticipate and inform the Supply Chain Manager regarding the exact requirement and procure the stock according to the actual requirements of the head office and field.
- Prepare documents required for purchasing and get them approved by top management for new procurements.
- Coordinate with the vendors and ensure the supplies in time.
- Ensure the quality of supplies as per agreed standards with the vendors
- Coordinate with all the site managers and get demands on a bi-monthly basis to proceed the further procurements and delivery.
- Arrange to send the supplies well before the time at all the sites.
- Coordinate with site managers for sent inventory’s receiving and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly and monthly consumption reports of all supplies.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
