- Supervise day-to-day operations at the transfer station.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and transfer of waste to designated locations.
- Oversee the team working at the transfer station, including assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff on best practices in waste handling.
- Ensure that equipment used for waste transfer, such as trucks, compactors, and loaders, is well-maintained and operational.
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and standards.
- Generate reports on operational performance, issues, and progress for higher authorities.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep track of waste disposal and transfer records.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
