Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcased, demonstrating a passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of architectural principles. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs, including concept sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure cohesive project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure the project aligns with the design intent.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcased.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensure: Licensed Architect
Sustainability: Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
