We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating precise 2D and 3D drawings for architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with our team to develop detailed plans, technical drawings, and layouts that meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.
- Assist in rendering and visualization (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Experience in drafting architectural and interior designs.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing.
- Familiarity with 3D software like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills.
