The Telemarketing Sales Associate is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products over the phone to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role includes generating leads, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
  •  Provide product information, answer customer queries, and handle objections professionally.
  •  Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into orders.
  •  Maintain and update a database of customer information and call records.
  •  Follow up on leads, quotations, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  •  Coordinate with field sales teams for lead transfer and support.
  •  Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
  •  Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and relevant medical information.
  •  Ensure all calls and communications follow ethical and industry compliance standards.
