We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Business Development Manager to manage our Sales . As the  Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving Sales targets, training and coaching them to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
  • Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients to understand their needs and build trust
  • Proposal development: Craft compelling proposals that address client requirements and highlight the value proposition of the company's products or services.
  • Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting: Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates on business development activities to senior management.
  • Partner management: Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure smooth transition of new clients.
  • Customer retention: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell existing clients to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passionate about sales.The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and prior experience in leading a team.
