As the QC Head of Asco International, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our knitted textile production. With a solid foundation in quality control and extensive experience in the textile industry, specifically in knits, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 10 quality control professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the quality assurance processes and implementing effective strategies that ensure product excellence. You will work collaboratively with various departments to uphold the companys commitment to delivering superior products that meet customer expectations and industry regulations. Your leadership will foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring that all products adhere to both internal and external standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality control team in daily activities to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the production process.
  • Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to monitor quality compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to discuss quality-related issues and provide solutions to streamline operations.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Training and mentoring team members on best practices in quality control processes and techniques to enhance overall team performance.
  • Manage the quality control teams performance by setting clear objectives, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Oversee the investigation of product defects or discrepancies, coordinating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in quality control within the textile industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
