3D Designer - Architecture

We are looking to hire experienced 3D designers to create architectural exterior and interior renderings by working along side our in house design team. As a 3D Designer, you will play a vital role in bringing concepts to life by developing high-quality 3D models and renderings for projects. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements and responsibilities

Conceptualize and Design: Create realistic 3D models and visualizations for architectural exterior and interior designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and project managers to capture the vision and translate it into impactful 3D designs.
3D Modeling & Animation: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender) to produce detailed renderings and animations.
Client Presentations: Develop engaging visual presentations to showcase design concepts to clients.
Revisions & Feedback: Implement client feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs.
Production Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and production teams to ensure the accurate execution of designs on-site.
