PKR. 45,000 - 50,000/Month

We need a technician with hands-on experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a multi-story, high-traffic facility.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of:

Electrical distribution systems and panels
Electric meters and load monitoring
Elevator systems (basic troubleshooting and coordination with service vendors)
Backup generators and UPS systems
Water pumps, plumbing, and drainage systems
Fire safety infrastructure (detection and suppression)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and system schematics
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
On-call availability for unforeseen maintenance issues
Preference for candidates with experience in commercial or office buildings

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Technology
Vocational training from a recognized technical institute
Relevant safety or compliance certifications (e.g., fire safety, electrical safety)
