• Education: Minimum BBA from reputable university or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferably with Wireline/Cellular service provider.

Activities/Responsibilities

  • Prepare/understands data of the customer before visiting the customer (Name, address, billing details, inquiry/investigation done already, services used etc.), using billing and Customer relationship software’s including BnCC, CBS and CRM.
  • Calling defaulter for payment follow-up and documenting their responses.
  • Issuance of WhatsApp Notices and Submit report to Line Manager on the responses received from calling activity.
  • Tracing defaulters by visiting place of default.
  • Visit to default premises to pursue recovery of receivable (Default)/heavy usage customers exceeding their credit limits

  • Follow up with defaulters for payment as per allotted area/cases assigned by Line Manager.

  • Forwarding customer complaints for adjustments after seeking due approvals as per DoP/SoP.
  • Searching of Live accounts during defaulter chasing and preparation of cases for Suspension of Live Accounts
  • Forwarding disputed cases & recommends suspension in lieu of default to AM Credit Management
  • Telephonic Calls to CMP Default accounts for collection of CPE Devices (VDSL, IPTV and GPON) to ensure achievement of CPE Collection Targets.
  • Ensure achievement of CPE Collection Target assigned.
  • Convincing defaulted customers to have their services restored after payment of Client outstanding dues.
  • Ensure achievement of BB Restoration Target assigned.
