• Perform data processing / data entry in MS Word, MS Excel files.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform data backup of all files, folders & information at regular intervals.
  • Close coordination with section clerk regarding data management.
  • Generate data reports and perform conversions of different file formats.
  • Creating/maintaining digital file system and generating backup of files / data in soft & hard copy form.
  • Timely updation of soft copy based information in all data files.
  • Any other tasks assigned by line manager/department head.
