We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the piping solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling u-PVC and PPRC pipes and fittings, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell u-PVC and PPRC piping systems to contractors, plumbers, developers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction, plumbing, and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provide technical information and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Maintain and expand client relationships through regular follow-up and customer support.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
Generate and maintain sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools or reporting systems.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of u-PVC, PPRC pipes, fittings, or related building materials.
Strong understanding of the piping industry and product specifications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of plumbing systems and applications in construction projects.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Existing network of contacts within the plumbing and construction industries.
