Assistant Production Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

We are looking for a committed Assistant Production Manager to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that all production activities adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. This role involves maintaining precise documentation, investigating deviations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation in line with GMP requirements.
- Investigate and document any non-conformities or deviations occurring during production.
- Collaborate effectively with Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Apply a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records to support internal and external audits and inspections.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they reflect current practices and compliance needs.
- Enforce strict adherence to GMP guidelines throughout all phases of production.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production within a reputable organization.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective coordination across teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Pharma City, Lahore. The role requires the candidate to be present at the factory to closely oversee production operations and maintain quality standards.
