We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Support and Order Dispatch Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, involving handling calls from the USA, dispatching orders, and managing backlog tasks. This position requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position is based at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers in the USA, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Efficiently dispatch orders to the appropriate locations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage backlog tasks, ensuring that all pending orders, requests, and administrative tasks are processed promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and tasks in our systems.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a perfect accent and a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
  • Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or order dispatch is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and order management systems.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work during USA business hours, which may require flexibility in your schedule.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work in an office environment in Bahria Town, Lahore.
  • Must be able to write perfectly in English.
