Associate - SQA (Mobile Apps)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing and executing thorough test plans. This role demands a strong dedication to identifying defects, working closely with developers, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documentation.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to detect bugs and verify that software functionality aligns with specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and support continuous process improvement efforts.
- Document testing procedures, outcomes, and defects clearly and accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
- Utilize a variety of testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Assist in establishing and implementing QA standards and best practices.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to quality assurance to ensure the team’s practices remain current.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
- Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Competence in documenting test results and defects clearly and precisely.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs 50,000.00 - Rs 60,000.00 per month
