Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Perform risk assessments to prioritize audit focus areas based on organizational needs and industry trends.
Examine financial records, reports, and processes to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
Analyse expenditures, revenues, and operational costs to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or opportunities for optimization.
Review operational processes and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting standards, and other statutory requirements.
