An experienced DevOps professional with expertise in Customer Value Management (CVM) and Contextual Marketing is needed for a full-time position based in Islamabad. This role plays a critical part in executing CVM campaign development and integrations to meet key performance indicators aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. The focus is on managing GSM and B2B customer segments while developing and implementing strategies for upstream and downstream integrations with digital and B2B source systems and channels. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant shift from traditional customer value management toward advanced digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations utilizing CMS tools such as Campaign, Marketing Operations, Interact, and Optimizer.
- Optimize and automate campaign workflows by configuring auto triggers and streamlining processes.
- Develop and execute integration strategies for upstream and downstream systems involving digital and B2B channels.
- Integrate in-app notifications with CMS and develop listeners for the digital CVM channel.
- Build aggregators to enable real-time campaign triggers across digital and B2B platforms.
- Ensure the smooth execution of daily calendar and batch campaigns.
- Design and deploy real-time campaigns, perform API testing, and manage deployment activities.
- Conduct system analysis and generate detailed reports.
- Manage Oracle and Teradata databases efficiently to support campaign operations.
- Oversee IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Middleware management to facilitate seamless integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with CMS, including the ability to design and implement effective campaign strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of CMS functionalities such as campaign and offer administration, custom attribute setup, offer templates, table catalog management, database mapping, audience creation, customer macros, triggers, user variables, derived fields, segmentation, sampling, contact and response history setup, scheduling Unica campaigns, and building campaign-level aggregators.
- Demonstrated experience with digital channel integrations using CMS tools.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, Java, web services (SOAP/REST), Kafka Streams, Linux, and Unix scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with IBM IIB Middleware, Unica eMessage, IBM Silverpop, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Between 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
