We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Tele caller to join our growing team to work for one of the leading Real Estate Brokerage Firm in Dubai, UAE.

Call center representative will be working from Shamsabad, Rawalpindi.

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, providing information about real estate properties, and assisting in lead generation and sales activities. You will be expected to work closely with our sales team to drive the business forward and ensure that clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to 3S Real Estate's portfolio, and qualify leads for real estate opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide detailed information about properties, including prices, locations, features, and availability. Answer all queries promptly and professionally.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, schedule property viewings, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the customer database, including contact details, interaction history, and follow-up actions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by passing on qualified leads and scheduling meetings.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest real estate trends, property prices, and new listings in the Dubai market.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in out bound is mandatory. Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
  • Persuasive & Goal-Oriented: Ability to engage with clients and persuade them effectively over the phone.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
  • Positive Attitude: Must be enthusiastic, professional, and have a customer-focused mindset.

Salary : PKR 40,000-60,000/-

  • Working days : Monday to Saturday
  • Working hours : 10 o clock to 6 o clock
