Timing: 12 to 8 PM PST (Mon-Friday)
Working Model: We are following hybrid working model (2 days work from the office and 3 work from home but this will be on-site position till probation. Hybrid will be allowed after successful completion of the probation period.
Qualifications
- Experience with New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in the outsourcing or tech support industry is a mandatory.
- Client requirement analysis.
- Strong business communication and account management skills.
- Ability to identify and respond to opportunities for growth.
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
