Human Appeal, a UK-registered global humanitarian and development organization, is seeking qualified individuals, firms, companies, and organizations to participate in the disposal of used and scrap assets. Interested parties must inspect the items in person before submitting their bids in hard copy format at the designated office in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection and verification of the scrap electronic items available for disposal at Human Appeal Pakistan’s office.
- Prepare and submit sealed or signed hard copy bids for specified lots of used assets within the given deadline.
- Adhere strictly to all terms and conditions outlined in the Auction/RFP documents.
- Liaise with the Operations Department for any clarifications or procedural guidance related to the bidding process.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, asset disposal, or auction management, preferably within the humanitarian or development sectors.
- Ability to perform detailed inspections and accurately assess the condition and quantity of electronic items to formulate competitive bids.
- Competence in submitting bids in the required format and within the specified timeframe.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as laptops, desktops, cameras, printers, and network devices is essential.
The auction comprises two categories of items for disposal:
Category 1 – Dispose of Assets (Scrap):
- Lot 1: 15 Laptops
- Lot 2: 6 Computer Desktops
- Lot 3: 7 Cameras
- Lot 4: 1 Air iPad
Category 2 – Dispose of Inventory (Scrap):
- Lot 1: 18 Laptops
- Lot 2: 7 Computer Desktops
- Lot 3: 7 Computer LCDs
- Lot 4: 3 Other items, including DVR and TP LINK TLR480TF Network Switch
- Lot 5: 10 Printers
- Lot 6: 9 Cameras
Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the Human Appeal Pakistan country office to collect the Auction/RFP documents and conduct a physical inspection of the items prior to submitting their offers. Collection of these documents must be done in person to ensure a clear understanding of the auction requirements.
All bids must be submitted in hard copy to the Operations Department at Human Appeal Pakistan’s Islamabad office by 4:00 PM on 2nd July 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
