  • Perform thorough research on prospect's business model and performance to tailor outreach effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong empathy and engagement skills to build meaningful conversation with potential clients.
  • Lead conversations toward solution-based conversions, focusing on value rather than hard-selling.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and persuade prospects.
  • Show high adaptability, quick learning, and a proactive mindset in a dynamic business environment.
  • Create and refine sales pitches, objection-handling scripts (rebuttals), and tailor a personalized outreach plan.
  • Take ownership of your sales funnel while also being able to mentor or guide junior/trainee team members when required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging, lead quality, and client feedback.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or service-based industries is required.
