Team Lead Java

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Engage with customers and management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Ensure best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing are followed.

Requirements:

8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and React.
Proven experience in managing teams, delivering projects on time, and handling customer interactions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
