Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Management: Arrange and manage domestic travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics and timely execution.
• Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and organize professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Organizational Efficiency: Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of business events, meetings, and conferences.
• Task Prioritization: Anticipate the needs of the executive, handle ad hoc tasks, and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years as an assistant to a member of executive management or a senior leader.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software is an asset.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
