We are seeking a highly skilled Sales coordinator to join our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and credit memos in a timely and efficient manner.
Receive, priorities, process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements.
Manage purchase orders, ensure timely receiving, and process bills efficiently.
Verify order accuracy, including prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Organize and manage large datasets with precision, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the team.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Prepare and provide timely reports to management as requested.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy in data entry.
Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office
At least 1-year to 3 years prior experience in data entry, accounting, or finance.
·Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
Previous working experiance with an Oversea English Company would be an advantage
