Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries at the front desk.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments to fulfill guest needs.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain updated knowledge of club services, events, and policies.
Uphold a high standard of service and appearance at all times.
