Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including pre-sales, design, planning, implementation, and post-sales services.
Collaborate closely with customers and vendors to deliver integrated solutions for systems such as networking, access control, and building management.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and inspections, addressing project issues and ensuring the highest standards of installation and maintenance.
Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and financial management associated with projects.
Deliver product demos and provide technical consultations during pre-sales activities.
Ensure smooth after-sales support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience as a IT-focused Project Manager in the Buildings & Industrial Solutions or similar industry.
- Experience with systems such as CCTV (Hikvision, PELCO), networking (Layer-2, Layer-3), and access control systems.
- Solid background in project management, including pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales services.
- Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of complex network infrastructures, including VLANs, STP, and IGMP configurations.
- Familiarity with integration of various security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarms).
- Excellent experience with vendors and managing technical teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Hikvision Certified Security & Protection Associate, and PELCO Endura Certification.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of network design, infrastructure, and security systems.
