Qualifications:

Masters degree in accounting, finance from a recognised university
Professional certification (e.g. CA, ACCA, CMA) preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance or audting
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Experience with financial planning, bugeting, and forecasting
Familiarity with accounting software systems(e.g. Oracle)
Ability to lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals
Familiarity with industry specific accounting and financial regulations
Experience with process improvement, internal controls, and financial systems implementatio

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations including accounts payable/receiveable, budgeting, reporting
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage audits
Develop and implement financial controls and policies
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
