You will play a pivotal role in our project team, actively contributing to the meticulous planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed quantity estimations and cost analyses for project budgets
- Conducting structural analysis and design for small-scale projects
- Conducting in-depth site investigations and surveys
- Implementing and overseeing quality control measures in accordance with industry standards
- Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive project reports and documentation
- Implementing and optimizing construction methodologies for efficiency
- Proficiency in quantity estimation techniques and cost analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
