Operations Management

  • Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain proper storage and labeling of medicines.

  • Ensure the branch meets legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.

  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a positive and customer-oriented work environment.

Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Oversee stock levels and ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of medicines and supplies.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate documentation.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the branch.

  • Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic sales reports.

  • Implement local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.

  • Maintain proper records for prescriptions, inventory, and transactions.

  • Facilitate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Requirements Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D); MBA is a plus.

  • Must be a registered pharmacist with a valid license.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
