• Assist HRBPs to attract and select high-quality and diversified talent for the firm, by developing recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee performance management systems, i.e. performance evaluations, and career development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Partners to drive change management initiatives, enhancing productivity across departments.
  • Implementation of a total reward strategy, formulating a policy on the same.
  • Developing framework on Employee’s rewards and recognition program.
  • Maintain effective external relations with ICAP and other professional bodies.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the firm’s HR policies and practices are compliant.  
  • To ensure systematic training of trainees & staff as per training calendar, making sure that contents are at viable levels for all.
