Assist HRBPs to attract and select high-quality and diversified talent for the firm, by developing recruitment strategies.
Foster a culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee performance management systems, i.e. performance evaluations, and career development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related issues.

Collaborate with Partners to drive change management initiatives, enhancing productivity across departments.
Implementation of a total reward strategy, formulating a policy on the same.
Developing framework on Employee’s rewards and recognition program.
Maintain effective external relations with ICAP and other professional bodies.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the firm’s HR policies and practices are compliant.
To ensure systematic training of trainees & staff as per training calendar, making sure that contents are at viable levels for all.
