In this role, you will apply your expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization to enhance the online presence and performance of our clients. You will be responsible for developing effective SEO strategies that align with the broader marketing objectives of the organization, ensuring that all implemented solutions drive traffic and improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of SEO tools and analytics, demonstrating the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will manage a team of two SEO professionals, guiding them through daily tasks, projects, and professional development opportunities to elevate our collective performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site visibility.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
Optimize website content to enhance user experience and meet SEO best practices.
Utilize various SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on performance metrics.
Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and other digital content.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to inform strategies.
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of two SEO specialists, encouraging skill development and teamwork.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance, trends, and improvement recommendations for stakeholders.
