Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of construction experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Must have a strong understanding and ability to interpret both architectural and structural drawings.
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel, ensuring clear communication
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality control procedures
Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, including material usage and labor hours
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with suppliers for material delivery
