Senior Sales Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead in-store and client-facing operations. You'll helm the showroom experience, mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-touch customer service—from greeting clients to guiding them through diamond education and selections.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom flow to ensure an inviting presentation that converts.
Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell across diamond rings, sets, and fine gold jewelry.

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record leading by example—as a top-performing salesperson and team coach.
Strong negotiation, communication skills, fluent in Urdu/English; proficient in Gujarati or Punjabi is a plus.
Customer-first mindset, polished presentation, and innate understanding of luxury buying psychology.
