We are seeking for a talented and creative Female Architect with 2 to 3 years experience in commercial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs for commercial projects in line with client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including concept designs and feasibility studies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to bring innovative solutions to projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in commercial architecture.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
